Online ABM NeuroMovement® Coaching

The effectiveness of any support offered to your child will depend on how successful the individual offering the support is at assisting your child's brain in creating its own unique solutions.

Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® Coaches support parents and caregivers in their effort to create an environment for their child with special needs to develop their agility to awaken their brain's fundamental ability to lean and grow.

Our coaches will help you connect with your child's potentiality to upgrade their brain to new heights by:

  • Guiding you on ways to wake up your child's brain and support its process of creation, formation and discovery;

  • Helping you identify and build upon present abilities rather than focusing on limitations;

  • Guiding you through new ways of connecting with your child;

  • Proposing activities that will enhance your child's ability to notice differences, which is at the heart of the brain's capacity for creating  new connections and pathways.

As part of the coaching, we will use ABM NeuroMovement®'s 9 essentials as a guide for you to increase your capacity to connect with and work with your child, whatever his special needs may be.

Are you ready to be empowered and learn how to empower your child to create new connections?

The 9 Essentials

  • Movement with Attention: When you bring attention to what you feel as you move, the brain starts to build new connections that in turn create changes.

  • Slow: Fast can only allow you to do what you know. Slow allows you to feel and experience life on a much deeper level.

  • Variation: By introducing variation into everything you do, you awaken your senses.

  • Subtlety: By reducing the force with which you move and think, you enhance your brain’s ability to perceive the finest of differences leading to more vitality in the mind and body, transforming the most mundane situation or task.

  • Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm is self generated, it lights up your brain, helping to usher in changes.

  • Flexible Goals: Freeing yourself from the compulsion to achieve a goal allows you to embrace the unexpected steps, mis-steps and re-routes, which in turn offers a source of valuable information for your brain to lead you to your goal.

  • The Learning Switch: Repetition, drills, and habitual patterns of thought, exercise, and emotions, all tend to turn the learning switch off. For the brain to properly do its job, the learning switch needs to be on.

  • Imagination & Dreams: Through imagination, the brain grows new neural connections allowing for the discovery of new possibilities that may not have been there before

  • Awareness: The action of generating awareness—is to be knowledgeable about what you are experiencing so that you can make a conscious choice in action. This type of knowing creates possibilities and potential rather than automaticity or compulsion.
